Terms and Conditions – DigitQuo
Welcome to DigitQuo. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website development, design, and digital services. By hiring our services or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Services
DigitQuo provides services including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- Website Maintenance & Support
- UI/UX Design
- Hosting & Deployment Assistance
- Payment Gateway Integration
- SEO & Performance Optimization
The exact scope of services will be defined in the project proposal or agreement shared with the client.
2. Project Timeline
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before starting the project.
Delays caused due to late content submission, approvals, or communication from the client will not be DigitQuo’s responsibility.
Any additional features requested after project approval may increase delivery time and may charge extra depending upon the clients requirements.
3. Payment Terms
A minimum advance payment 30% is required before starting any project.
Remaining payment must be cleared before final website handover or deployment.
Payments once made are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases agreed by Digit Quo.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content (text, images, logo, branding material) on time.
- Ensure that provided content does not violate copyright, trademark, or legal regulations.
- Review and approve project stages within reasonable time.
DigitQuo will perform the final deployment of the website on the client’s hosting server or agreed platform after project completion and full payment clearance.
However, the client agrees to strictly follow all technical guidelines, requirements, and instructions provided by Digit Quo for successful deployment.
5. Revisions Policy
DigitQuo provides limited revisions (2–3 rounds depending on package).
Major changes such as redesign, additional pages, or new features will be treated as a new scope and may incur additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Full ownership of the final website design and code will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
DigitQuo reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, or social media.
7. Third-Party Services
DigitQuo may integrate third-party services such as:
- Hosting Providers
- Payment Gateways
- Plugins / APIs
- Domain Registrars
DigitQuo is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or failures caused by these third-party services.
8. Maintenance & Support
Free support will be provided for a limited period 7–30 days depending on plan.
Ongoing maintenance will require a separate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) or support plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
Digit Quo shall not be liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Website downtime due to hosting/server issues
- Cyber attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access
- Client misuse or modification of website code
10. Termination
DigitQuo reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Client fails to make payments
- Client engages in abusive or unlawful conduct
- Project requirements change significantly without agreement
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
DigitQuo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are advised to review them periodically.

The client is expected to adhere to all the above terms and conditions. Failure to comply may lead to suspension or termination of the project and may also result in DigitQuo declining to provide future services.
